Unit 4.2: Quality-of-service criteria (occupants’ comfort, energy efficiency, security, etc.)

Understand the meaning of Quality of Service (QoS)
Understand a list of fundamental QoS criteria, e.g., cost, energy efficiency, occupants’ comfort, security, speed of performance, etc.
Be able to combine the criteria in multi-objective scenarios.
Understand the modelling needs and mathematics behind the criteria.
